Was at @k8sAMD recently, surrounded by Cloud-Native folks, OSS contributers, techies and some of my friends from the community.
After discussions, one piece of advice came up again and again in every convo, stop keeping the stuff to yourself, post it and share publicly.
How did I spend this week? 👇
Mon: Calm 😌
Tue: Enjoyed Holiday 🏖️
Wed: PHP RCE, checked and patched the things🚨
Thu: Railway says to rotate all secrets 🔑
Fri: Still rotating secrets 🔄😵
Weekend plan: Praying that nobody drops another CVE. 🙏
spent the evening and almost the entire night today at the @CNCGPune x docker pune event.
thanks @me_sagar_utekar, @pradyum_chopade for hosting!
also, a special mention to our sponsor @ / nudgebee.
the best part, i’d say, was finally meeting and chatting with @misalpavv :)
As a Cloud/DevOps engineer, every infra issue is someone's business, and it stalls. These frameworks aren't just comms tricks; they're accountability, structured.
And after all, someone has said it right.....
Casual conversation with my manager yesterday ended up teaching me something I'll actually use for years.
We were talking about client calls, and he broke down why "we're looking into it" is the worst thing a client can hear mid-incident.
Then he mentioned another framework of communication: PADS - Point, Advantages, Disadvantages, Summary. Same honesty, for decisions instead of incidents. You're forced to say the downside out loud, not just sell the upside.

@k8sAMD If you're building, breaking, or learning in this space too, let's get connected. I genuinely want this to be a two- way thing, not just me posting into the void. 🤝
@k8sAMD And yes, I'm here and starting it 💪
What to expect from me here:
- My day-to-day learnings and experiences from Cloud, DevOps and other stuffs.
- My community work
- Real incidents, wins, and fails from my Job experiences
- Occassionally, a bit of life outside my laptop 😅
