In its Commitment and Mission to promote Healthy Life, Today on 02 April 2023, Pragash A Ray of Hope(Regd) in association with Fitness Globe Gym & The Healthy Chef and MOVE organised a Fitness Event and Contest at Vaishali and felicitated the Winners.

Pragash A Ray of Hope(Regd) in mission for Healthy Life is organising a contest with Fitness Globe Gym for Healthy Life and will also felicitate the winners.
The Event will be held at Plot no. 9/10, 2nd Floor, Sec-9, Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 2nd April 2023 at 10am to 12noon.

Today on 25thDecember'2022 Team Pragash distributed Blankets among poor people who spend their frigid nights on footpath,railway station,bus stops and other open places. Pragash is thankful to everyone who contributed for this noble cause.

Today on 10th Sep22 Pragash A Ray of Hope and Asha- The Care Foundation acknowledged the success of our children by felicitating them for passing 10th and 12th class exams with flying colours.
Felicitation ceremony was done at Siddeshwar Shivalay Parisar, Vaishali.
