@photokeeda_man@mybmc@IRCTCofficial@MumbaiPolice TCs come once in a bluemoon and check the ones who actually have passes. There are 73737181929 people travelling ticketless and somehow they always get away with it. It should be like metro, no entry to the platform without a pass
Whats the point of having TCs if they cant change even 2% of the problem for people travelling in the local in Mumbai. @mybmc@IRCTCofficial@MumbaiPolice god knows who is responsible to ensure this works but gotta tell you - never seen more 3rd class behaviour in 1st class dabba
@drmbct@RailwaySeva@drmmumbaicr 9:08am train at khar road starting at churchgate and ending at borivali. Why are people who are ticketless getting into 1st class, let alone 2nd class
It is so important to see the bigger picture. It’s easy to get lost in our tasks, but when we consciously connect them to our shared goals, the impact is greater. Like Carl from ‘Manifest’ says, ‘It’s all connected.’ Sometimes, taking a stand is key to staying true to our mission
@AirIndiaX is not only the most disrespectful airline ever but also the most painful towards its customers. We had a flight scheduled for 2:00am from Bangalore to Mumbai. There was no communication from their end. First communication was for a delay of 35 mins. But that's it.
After a while a few passengers came back to the counter realising the flight was delayed and they were all informed. The staff simply ignored the passengers, including the supervisor.
#flightdelay@airindia@RNTata2000@TataCompanies
The supervisor then came in and he kept explaining why the flight was delayed but was willing to do nothing to compensate. The compensation they were providing was a lounge access from 2-4am, and this after a 2 hour argument. At the end, we gave up and we just had to leave.
@FoundersPodcast A players working alongside A players can work in multiple ways, 2 of which are either they learn from and alongside each other or they try to put each other down. Fun if it works positively but nasty if working in the other direction
Flying with @flyspicejet SG 695 today for a 6:30AM flight. It so happened that I dropped my Neck Pillow at the boarding gate, I clearly remember, because I had it while waiting in line for the boarding. I asked the ground services to help me get it to the flight while entering
My only take is that, how is faster delivery of services better which comes at the cost of a consumer going home unhappily having lost something they could have easily retrieved. It's not about the neck pillow, it's genuinely about the way @flyspicejet behaves towards its flyers.
