माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी,
जनपद प्रतापगढ़ के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विद्युत कटौती का समय निर्धारित है, लेकिन विद्युत आपूर्ति कब बहाल होगी, इसका निश्चित समय निर्धारित नहीं है। सायंकाल के समय लंबे समय तक बिजली बाधित रहने से छोटे दुकानदारों, व्यापारियों, कारीगरों, आटा चक्की, वेल्डिंग, साइबर कैफे एवं अन्य लघु व्यवसायियों को प्रत्यक्ष आर्थिक नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है। विद्युत कटौती का समय यदि निर्धारित है, तो विद्युत आपूर्ति बहाली का समय भी स्पष्ट एवं सार्वजनिक होना चाहिए। निर्धारित समय पर आपूर्ति बहाल न होने की स्थिति में उपभोक्ताओं को वास्तविक कारण एवं संभावित बहाली का समय बताया जाना चाहिए।

माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी से अनुरोध है कि जनपद प्रतापगढ़ सहित ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की इस महत्वपूर्ण समस्या का संज्ञान लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश प्रदान करने की कृपा करें।
