I’ve purchased worth ~7k (3 bills) on 13th June at D-Mart - Velachery branch near grand mall. Post returning to home, we checked items with the bill and noticed that the bill has issue, bill was marked as Qty 2 for water bottle worth 59₹ but we have purchased only 1 water bottle

This is unfair to charge a customer this way. This is not the first time that we are facing these issues in the bill, just because the customer don’t verify the bill, it’s not correct to cheat this way while reducing the MRP at stores.
