The New Income Tax law seems to keep the refund policy unchanged. We have highlighted this at multiple levels that the delay in releasing refund impacts businesses especially MSMEs.

@nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia must consider faster processing of refund for MSMEs so that the amounts can help them grow their business and increase the distribution of money

We have several members who are still awaiting refunds from @IncomeTaxIndia for FY 2022-23 and 2023-24

Kindly look into this and expedite the same

@CMMadhyaPradesh @DrMohanYadav51 you said no check posts in MP. But when a driver refuses to pay any bribe at the border, he is thrashed this way? This is today 6 am incident from Hanumana Border between MP & UP

Officers from RTO vehicle MP17ZF8804 have thrashed the driver. Driver was threatened not to file FIR. Complete mayhem in MP for truck drivers

We demand strict action from you against such officials. Your circular needs to be re-enforced as down the line drivers are being harassed

@aitwa has been highlighting to @IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia about the inordinate delay in processing tax refunds by CPC. Grievances raised are getting generic replies. Majority of corporates the tax refund is stuck in the system

Why should taxpayers who are deducting TDS on all receipts be penalized for inefficiency at CPC, while the Govt is trying to crack down non taxpayers through new linkages and interventions

This needs serious attention of @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc
