@HSBC_IN your credit card department is really inept and incompetent. After submitting the details on the website and video kyc, i received a mail that I'm ineligible for a card. Then I receive a call that I need to send an email to HSBC from my official mail ID.

@HSBC_IN After doing all this. I again receive an email that my application is declined as per internal policy of the bank. Then 2 days ago I receive another call, now saying I need to submit my 3 months Bank Statement and 1 Month Salary Slip. The customer rep. was not confident.

Old app was better, bookings are not being saved and repeated PNR entry is required. Boarding Passes are also not easily accessible. @IndiGo6E
