1. He claims key poor-performance clauses were removed, "blacklisted earlier" was changed to "blacklisted currently,"
2. Qualification criteria were altered, & changes appeared to favor company named Coempt over larger competitors like TCS.

I can relate a lot to the novel "You Can't Go Home Again" by Thomas Wolfe. It's about growing up in the 1920s, 30s & 40s, how that meant constantly shedding the memory of a world that no longer exists.
