सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लंबे समय से ठाकुर जज नहीं बना है। अभी 33 में कोई जज ठाकुर नहीं है। जबकि ठाकुरों की न्याय भावना प्रसिद्ध है।

जज आपस में रिश्तेदारी के आधार पर जज बना रहे हैं। ऐसे में तो ठाकुरों का कभी नंबर ही नहीं आएगा। कोलिजियम सिस्टम बदलना चाहिए। एक ठाकुर जज तो होना ही चाहिए।

वीपी सिंह ��र अर्जुन सिंह के आरक्षण संबंधी फ़ैसलों के बाद सिस्टम का ठाकुरों पर भरोसा नहीं रहा। पता नहीं राजा साहब कब न्याय करने के लिए मचल जाएँ।

Discrimination in promoting gov. servants of the same type goes against Article 14 of Constitution. There are no reasonable basis of distinction between CBDT and CBIC.

Hence, DoPT should issue notification of promotion as soon as possible.📑
