drone laser weapon has successfully demonstrated its ability to detect, track and destroy drones using a high-energy laser beam.

Modern wars have shown that cheap drones can overwhelm even advanced air defence systems.

Shooting them down with expensive missiles is not always a sustainable solution.

Directed-energy weapons could change that.

Hopefully, we will soon see this capability inducted into the Indian Armed Forces.

Certain people are deliberately giving the painful Meerut incident a caste colour to gain political mileage.

The truth is clear: the victim was from the Dalit community and the accused belongs to the backward classes. Law enforcement has already taken action and is proceeding as per due process. Yet, Ravi Gautam and some others continue to stoke tensions, divide communities, and provoke unrest.

Viewing every crime through a caste prism is harmful to society. Justice for the slain daughter should be the priority and not political opportunism. This is a matter of crime, not caste.

Yogi Govt will not spare any guilty individual, irrespective of their caste, class, or background. All are equal before the law. At the same time, those spreading division and communal tension must also be dealt with firmly.

A TC hardly has time for long conversations. Their job is to check tickets across the entire compartment before the next station arrives.

The only time they need to interact with passengers is when someone doesn’t have a valid ticket.
