Today also from 10 AM power is cut??
And if customers forget to pay electricity by any chance you will come and disconnect instantly. What kind of service is this?

I was offering him to take the currency notes and leave the coins and recalculate but he told to cancel.
Don’t comment if you don’t have full context of the matter. Arrange a conference call and everything will be cleared.
