Bought a @KiaInd Seltos GTX Plus in March 2025 for ₹21.9L. 13 months later:

• Engine malfunction light: 4–5 times
• EGR cooler + valve: replaced twice under warranty
• Windshield cracked with zero impact (confirmed by insurance surveyor)
• Car at dealer 25+ days. No RCA. No timeline.

When I called Kia India's helpline, their own service head said one word: "moisture." No written explanation. No fix for how moisture keeps entering. Same parts, same failure, second time.
