BridgeTower Capital has deployed live institutional tokenization infrastructure for the DOM X Arizona Copper-Gold Project, on @avax, integrating Chainlink's oracle and interoperability layer with ERC-3643's compliance standard.

🚀 Always-On Margin Settlement for OTC Derivatives.

Variation margin settlement in OTC derivatives is still constrained by banking hours, cross-border payments, and manual processes, leading to delays, trapped liquidity, and operational risk.

In the second phase of the ERC-3643 Tokens for OTC Derivatives Working Group, led by @qualitaxdotio, our members explored how ERC-3643 compliant stablecoins can be used as collateral for non-regulatory variation margin under existing ISDA documentation.

Key highlights:

🔹 Sub-10-minute margin settlement, including weekends and holidays

🔹 24/7 collateral movement without relying on banking cut-off times

🔹 Full confidentiality, with no sensitive trade or counterparty data on-chain

🔹 Compatibility with existing ISDA Credit Support Annexes

The proof of concept uses USD/BRL non-deliverable forwards, but the architecture applies broadly to interest rate swaps, credit derivatives, and equity swaps.

This working group was a great success, demonstrating a practical and compliant path towards always-on collateral infrastructure for institutional markets.

A new milestone for institutional tokenization and ERC-3643.

The SEC has issued a no-action letter to DTC (part of @The_DTCC and a member of the ERC3643 Association), stating that it would not recommend enforcement action for DTC’s planned tokenization services, based on the specific facts presented.

This matters.

What does this letter actually mean?

It is a clear signal of regulatory comfort: under a defined, controlled framework, core market infrastructure can operate tokenization services without triggering enforcement action.

Why is this important for ERC-3643?

ERC-3643 is one of the “compliance-aware tokenization protocols” that DTC restricts its system to. This reinforces three fundamental truths:

1️⃣ Institutional adoption is inevitable

Tokenization is no longer a peripheral experiment. When the backbone of U.S. market infrastructure engages with blockchain-based representation of securities, it confirms that tokenization is becoming part of the regulated financial system.

2️⃣ Standardization is accelerating

Institutions do not scale innovation without standards. This step highlights the need for interoperable, compliance-ready token frameworks that work across platforms, service providers, and jurisdictions. This is precisely the role ERC-3643 plays.

3️⃣ Compliance at the token level matters
