I was so happy Modiji when you first got elected in 2014. What previous governments could not do in decades you did it few years. I want to truly thank you and your team for this.

I diligently messaged via central government portal in 2014 few suggestions to transform our country, I repeat below as not much headway has happened on these issues In last 11 years.

1) Energy independence: bharath spends USD 125 billion on oil and gas. With our population and resources including bio waste, a lot of bio gas can be generated which we can use to provide cheap fuel for cooking, vehicles and electricity. We can easily save import bill in 2/3 years if we start now. Manure from bio waste can restore soil as well and increase agriculture productivity.

Suggest government spend money on biogas digestors. Bharat can be energy self reliant.

2) Water independence: rural economies need support. Climate change is making agriculture output unpredictable. Suggest spending money in creating water catchment and harvesting areas to support underground reservoir to support in times of draught. This way each time there is an election you don't need to make promise to waive USD Billions in farmer loans and farmers can be self reliant.

3) Food/ farmer independence: corrupt middle men and weak distribution make a farmers poor. This includes APMC. For e.g. Price farmer gets for 1 kg of onion is rs. 4 and by the time end consumer buys it is 15/20 or more 100 in past. This doesn't help rural economy and causes food inflation.

Suggest we make laws to encourage single source distributors including transport companies (direct buy/sell from farmer/ consumer) to make better quality produce avaliable at lowest price to reduce inflation and give maximum price in farmer pocket.

This will also reduce population migration to large cities and pollution.

4) Air independence-national highways tree plantation drive: we need to plant mores trees across highways and in our towns and villages.

Desertification is increasing with climate change and air quality is getting worse each year. More greenery better health and cleaner living. Fruits are free.

5) culture independence Tourism: Indians spend Billions outside country instead of inside country. This is because of historic tourist sites are unclean and badly maintained and accessibility and knowledge is weak. Very tourist unfriendly. I toured Maharashtra for example, Forts and historic temples and monuments are badly maintained. Bharath has 100 times more beauty and history to offer and we we are under achieving.

Suggest government spend money in restoring historic sites building museums to display our rich history and attract tourism. This will increase GDP and help with youth employment.

I was born in a general category family. Not rich. Not influential. Just a simple middle class home where every decision is about managing expenses and surviving another month.

From childhood we were told one thing. Study hard. That’s your only way up.

So we did.

Late nights. Extra classes. Parents cutting down their own needs to pay coaching fees. Education loans before we even earn our first salary.

And every year, reservation keeps increasing. New proposals. New bills. More seats divided. More relaxations added.

For us, it feels like the space keeps shrinking.

The cut offs rise. The competition gets tighter. The pressure becomes suffocating. One mistake and you are out.

People assume general category means privilege. But many of us come from families with no land, no business, no backup. Just salaried parents or daily struggles. Still, we are expected to compete at the highest bar with zero support.

When reservation keeps expanding year after year, it does not just change numbers on paper. It changes the psychology of an entire generation.

It creates fear.

Fear that merit alone may not be enough.
Fear that opportunities are narrowing.
Fear that no one is listening.

This is not about taking anything away from anyone. It is about asking a simple question.

Should opportunity be decided only by category forever?

If help is needed, give it based on real economic hardship. Support those who genuinely struggle. But do not ignore thousands who are also fighting silently just because of a label.

We are not asking for sympathy.
We are not asking for special treatment.

We are asking for balance.
We are asking for fairness.
We are asking to be seen.

@IDBI_Bank Did you read my complaint emails the reference of which was provided below? Read it, understand it and then let me know. I have played this game before. Asking same thing over and over again endlessly. What you are doing now itself is harassment.

bank robbery in india-unclaimed a/c rs. 67k cr.

My mom's story:
- mom 75+ living outside mumbai not getting late sons money in IDBI bank (prabhadevi mumbai) rs 2.4 L.
rs 10k+ cost on visits.
- no help-manager/zonal head/custcare/rbi.
- 2 times docs given. no receipt.
- made to wait for several hours in 4 visits by rude intimidating staff despite me being there with mom.
- staff asking for docs not in claims checklist (sign verif).
made my mom with trembling hands sign docs 25+ times again and again.

End result:
after everything claim still not settled 240 days+. no peace for mom who lost son and husband more than 3 years back. need closure and not constant reminding of family we lost.

Wider national issue:
we are educated and i am there for mom, yet Bank's do this. what about the plight of uneducated parents who lost children, no one to help and need money. please discipline PSU banks and create senior citizen only banks.

banks focus on money making and not service. banking harassment and frauds increasing everyday targeting vulnerable seniors and unclaimed money.

not a good sign for a country with history of so many senior citizen PMs, CMs, Presidents, Ministers, MPs, MLAs, which is ironic.

when law makers and bankers retire you may face similar issue as well, karma will come back. I know ex-bankers who are now seniors suffering at the hands of banks.

who i am i:
i am an NRI chartered accountant with 25+ years BFSI work -ex. I can help in fixing BFSI problems for free for our country.

An example, just by looking at IndusInd derivatives forex swap contracts 2 years ago as a customer i said to them something is wrong and refused to place money. complained to them many times. they did nothing. after 12 months derivatives issues came out and IndusInd is facing trust issues. Other banks are not far away.

When a government loves the land of a school more than the school itself — understand this clearly, that government isn’t working for you, it’s working for the builders.

In the last 10 years, Mumbai has lost 114 Marathi schools, 19 Hindi schools, and 20 Urdu schools — all run by the BMC, the richest civic body in the country! Isn’t it ironic? The same city that proudly showcases the Coastal Road, Atal Setu, and underground metro can’t keep its schools alive for poor children.

Behind the glitter of infrastructure lies a dark truth — the land meant for government schools is quietly being handed over to private developers. Towers now stand where kids were meant to study, and those same kids are told not to read out loud because “the rich residents are sleeping.”

If this is the state of Marathi-medium education in Mumbai — imagine the fate of children in smaller towns across Maharashtra.

Hi, its been more 1 month now. Will delinquent employees who harrassed me and my +75 year old mom be repremanded and disciplined.

DEAR RBI AND GOI, IS THIS THE QUALITY OF YOUR SYPERVISION OF PSUs? When it comes to private and foreign banks you are patriotic. PSU bank issues will blow up one day. You can bury/ hide them in closet.

"Hum nahi hai na" needs to be new motto of EPFO. There are cases of employees who are alive not getting access to EPF funds including balance transfers. My mom who is 75+ years waiting 3.5 years to get my late brother EPF due to errant past employers.
