Hey @Vested_finance, is there an ongoing server outage right now? Getting locked out on login and standard troubleshooting isn't working. Please provide an update on when the authentication servers will be fully stabilized! #VestedFinance#AppOutage
@Sakhil56138244@SamsungIndia@SamsungMobile Hey bro. Sure.
I contacted the customer care and told them the issue and proved my point that it was none of my issue. Got it checked from there service center like there are no visible issues in the body/screen guard too was intact! So after a few calls they agreed to fix it.
@SamsungIndia@SamsungMobile Got it fixed by paying 649! Which itself shouldn't have been the case! Anyways samsung should inform this to all service centers.
@airindia .
Is this really hard for a FFP member to book a flight through the points earned in air india. So much of frustration, so much of back and forth calls still no resolution!
I am basically unable to book a flight using the FFP points.
Case id: 11670926.

@SBICard_Connect None of your customer care numbers are working. It just says busy.
One of my legit trancations done by myself had blocked my card! What a bulletproof logic to block the card wah!!
The last 4 years, were golden years for Indian stock investors.
Not just because people made money. But, because of the fact: that people took notice of stock markets. And, really wanted to learn about it.
In a low financial literacy country like India, things were finally moving.
Not because of some government mandate but because of lack of options:-
- Real Estate was beyond reach for most.
- FD was not making sense given the high cost of living
- EPF/PPF rates hardly increased since 2001
So people saw stock investing as a way to build wealth.
The new taxation definitely discourages new investors in the stock market.
And also highlights the point: that if retail starts making money somewhere, taxes will follow.
This is when the tax on the middle class will go down:-
[1] Broaden the tax base:
- Crorepati farmers don't pay direct tax.
- No one has the guts to make them pay.
[2] Increase corporate tax:
- Corporates have a lot of options
- They can shift base to low tax countries
[3] Abolish corporate debt write-offs:
- How will business friends benefit?
[4] Kill freebies:
- This kills vote bank (a big one)
[5] Who is left?
- Office goes
- Who will continue to pay: TDS, CESS, Capital Gains, Toll Tax, Capital Gain and every possible tax that can be levied.
Welcome to the world of reality.
Oh by the way: these office goes are now being programmed to work 70 hours/week or work 12 hours per day all 7 days. And, whatnot.
On 4th June the markets had fallen. Many Retail Investors placed orders for their Mutual Funds before 3pm.
The NAV allotted to them should have been for 4th.
But, they got their Mutual Funds allotted based on NAV on 5th.
This robbed them of their rightful gains.
I thought this is some kind of anomaly. And, maybe it happened with a handful of people.
But, when I checked within my investment community: I was surprised to see the extent of this problem.
Just bringing to everyone's notice.
But, no one literally stands up for small guys.
A simple question: if 30% more tax is levied on you, what would you do?
[1] You might say: I will leave the country. Ok, not that easy.
[2] I will find tax loopholes. Well, most of us pay TDS. Again, not that easy.
[3] Some would say that such a situation would NOT arise. So why think?
Okay, let's go back to 2020. The US government in 1 single year printed almost 30% of its existing money supply.
It took the US$ 100 years to lose 95% of its buying power.
It will (at most) take another 30 years to lose another 95%.
Why? because the governments can print money at will.
And, they are doing this at a rate never seen before in history of human civilisation.
So how this relates to taxation?
Because we pay 3 types of taxes:
1) Direct
2) Indirect (Eg. GST)
3) Inflation (which happens when government prints money)
For context: The value of 1 Crore: (assume 7% inflation)
- 10 years from now= 50Lakhs.
- 15 years from now= 36Lakhs.
- 20 years from now= 25Lakhs.
This is how detrimental inflation is.
People often ask: what is the amount you'd need to retire?
Honestly, you can very well have 100Cr today, but if the inflation in the economy is growing at 20% and your investments are growing at 10%, you are on your path to losing your wealth.
Solution? You need to learn how to invest. And, grow your money faster than the real inflation in the economy.
Due to India's increasing debt, you will pay higher taxes.
2014: 54 lakh crore
2023: 205 lakh crore
People are doing politics around this data.
But, here are critical facts you should know:-
The value of 1 Crore: (assume 7% inflation)
- 10 years from now= 50Lakhs.
- 15 years from now= 36Lakhs.
- 20 years from now= 25Lakhs.
Therefore, you should F.I.R.E
