In a bizarre and extreme form of protest, an Ambernath resident named Yash Jangle entered the municipal council building wearing a garland made of chicken feet and carrying a bag of poultry waste. Frustrated by the civic body's inaction over illegal chicken vendors dumping biological waste into local drains in the Bhendipada area, Jangle placed the foul-smelling waste right outside the Chief Officer's cabin. Having pursued the issue for a month with no response, Jangle stated the dramatic protest was intended to make the officials experience the severe stench that citizens are forced to live in daily.

Companies like @PirojshaGodrejF proudly advertise their CSR and sustainability initiatives, but fail to follow basic dust control measures at their construction sites.

This level of construction dust directly impacts residents and worsens Pune’s AQI. A simple sprinkler throwing water at the periphery would have contained it easily but who cares.

And as usual, @PMCPune remains silent.

If municipalities cannot enforce even basic environmental norms, it raises a serious question about governance and accountability. Citizens are forced to breathe this air every day.

Witnessed a disturbing incident in Jaipur where a boy was violently assaulting her Girlfriend in public.

I immediately called Emergency 112 (Call time: 3 :33 PM).

❌ The Reality:
The PCR van arrived over 25 minutes late (Location update: 3 :58 PM).
By the time they arrived, the culprits had fled.
Worse, the PCR team reportedly stopped the wrong couple, saying "These are just a husband and wife."
My quick action as a citizen was completely failed by the agonizingly slow police response.
This raises serious questions about the effectiveness of the 112 emergency system and the actual state of women's safety on the ground.
