@airindia your new APP is all wrecked. What a mess up . Cannot login to checkin , nor on website . Which means I will have to go to airport and cannot use DigiYatra . Also it is asking me to pay for my previous leg for seats for which I have alrasdy flown now and then while return leg checkin it debited both ways money . And yeah checkin still didn’t happen . Also there is no facility it use UPI ID . You have to use third party apps !!!! Just shambles . I have no time to follow up for refund of my seats which were accidently debited @TataCompanies . Also your seat selection is horrible . You offered me a firstly not a single free seat !!! then all paid seats were the middle ones and finally it’s all nuisance to seat selection . The whole interface in broken !!!!!!!😡 refund me all my monies and also sort the APP out . Refund me for inconvenience due to not using digyatra means I have to go very early .
