Except for sporadic instances, such as uncomfortable seats and non-working AC to the desired temperature (yesterday's flight), which are very minimal when compared to many positive aspects of Air India. I am sure that AI will soon provide its customers with world-class standards.

@airindia It's always a fantastic experience to travel with Air India as the TATAs are now operating it. I am sure that they are putting every effort to make Air India the best of class in the world, including ensuring the top of the Safety Standards without compromising

the lives of their staff, associates and the customers too. I have found that Air India, most of the time, operates as per the schedules, serving the delicious meals/beverages, a class of entertainment, and complimentary wifi. Also, I have seen the upgrade of the seat fabrics.

I took my first ride in @Uber Black on Mumbai roads—what a fantastic experience! The car was spotless, the ride smooth, and the driver extremely courteous. Honestly, it’s the first time I’ve seen an Uber this well-maintained. A refreshing change!
