@Airtel_Presence Pls compensate for the numerous hours I had to spend with the customer care. I was back in India for a holiday, but I was busy chasing Airtel support every day. My family time was ruined as I was so stressed out. Pls compensate for the above losses. I never asked for deactivation

@Airtel_Presence Thanks for the awesome customer support by Poonam. Dealt with various airtel support persons, but the actual support was provided by Poonam. It was very nice of her to take the ownership of the case & follow up rigorously till my number was activated yesterday. Poonam ur a star!

@Airtel_Presence I had to travel from Bangalore to Hindupur specially to get the sim, pls reimburse the travel cost and compensate for the loss of 2 days of my holidays. Also I had to suffer a lot because my number was not active, pls compensate for that loss.

Haven't got any resolution for my issue, which I reported to Nodal office, appellate, called customer care multiple times.
It's a 10 year old number issued in Mar 2008, got stolen while abroad. Chasing support centre, the progress is worse than a govt office.
