It was Digvijaya Singh who informed the BJP about the Telangana case involving Meenakshi Natarajan, helping the BJP win an extra Rajya Sabha seat.
These Congress clowns later blamed the EC and Supreme Court but can't keep their own house in order 😂
Bechare CONgress MLAs from MP. Jhand-Nayak ne inki zindagi bhi Jhand kar di hai😂
1st he IMPOSED Minakshi Natarajan's candidature on them.
Then he realised there will be cross-voting & decided to shift them to Bengaluru. Poor guys boarded chartered plane happily in vacation mood. But Meenakshi Natarajan's nomination got rejected & had to get down from plane before it takes off.😂
Today, they were brought to Delhi to protest, hoping for relief from the Supreme Court. But SC dismissed Meenakshi Natarajan's plea & now they are heading back from Delhi as well without getting a chance to enjoy Delhi in another vacation mood.😂😂
Tough life of Piddis😜
Should Jawaharlal Nehru be credited
with setting up India’s first IIT as is
claimed by Nehruvian fantasists?
NO.
Should PM Modi be credited with setting up seven new IITs, taking the total to 23?
YES.
Nehru did not ‘create’ IITs. Nor did he set up India’s first IIT.
Dr BC Roy, CM of West Bengal, set up India’s first IIT in Calcutta in 1950; it later moved to Kharagpur on land owned by West Bengal Government.
IIT Kharagpur Act came six years later in 1956.
Soviet Union set up IIT Powai; US set up IIT Kanpur; West Germany set up IIT Madras (all of them with trade surplus and aid).
The idea of setting up Indian institutes of technology took shape in 1946 with Humayun Kabir leading the way and Nalini Ranjan Sarkar Committee preparing a report. Extant records do not mention any role played by Nehru.
So,
Why was the first IIT set up in #WestBengal ?
Because in 1950s West Bengal had the highest concentration of industry in #India.
What went wrong?
Nehru's Freight Equalisation Policy killed industry in West Bengal and all of east India. West Bengal became the 'Disinherited State'.
Rest is history.
The selective outrage is amusing.
During the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the Returning Officer in Birbhum rejected the nomination of BJP’s candidate, a former IPS officer, over a No Dues Certificate that had to be issued by Mamata Banerjee’s government. He approached the Supreme Court. The petition was dismissed. BJP had to field a replacement candidate at the last minute.
In Basirhat, however, the Returning Officer accepted the nomination of the TMC candidate even though most fields in his form were marked “NA” and he too had not submitted a No Dues Certificate despite being a former MP. His nomination sailed through.
BJP challenged the matter through an election petition in the High Court. The case is now before the Supreme Court.
Curiously, the same voices now lamenting the lack of an immediate remedy were nowhere to be seen then. No accusations of Mamata Banerjee influencing district administrations. No claims of the ECI acting in concert with the ruling party.
The legal position was the same then as it is now.
Of course, it helps explain the sudden concern when the complainant’s wife is a TMC MP and he himself appears to be aspiring for a Rajya Sabha berth.
Power is temporary, but dignity is permanent.
For months, I was subjected to a relentless campaign of intimidation by Krishnanagar MP Mahua Moitra, all because I dared to exercise my democratic right to free speech by retweeting a single post critical of her.
Instead of ignoring criticism like a mature leader, she unleashed the entire state machinery to break my spirit.
🟧The Cost of Intimidation:
🔸Psychological Warfare:
Every alternate day, 12 to 13 policemen from the Krishnanagar Police Station were dispatched to my residence. They didn’t just deliver notices; they created a spectacle. They stood in my locality for hours, smoking cigarettes, drinking tea, and telling my neighbours they were there to arrest me, solely to humiliate and intimidate my family.
🔸Massive Waste of Public Resources:
To hand over a simple piece of paper, 3 to 4 police vehicles from Kotwali PS travelled over 130 km. A task that a single local officer or an email could have accomplished was turned into a taxpayer-funded show of force.
🔸Escalation Tactics:
When I refused to bow down, the pressure intensified with additional notices from Kolkata Police stations, all aimed at silencing my voice against the TMC.
🟧Standing Tall with the Judiciary :
I chose to fight back in the courts rather than surrender to fear. The Hon’ble Calcutta High Court saw through this blatant abuse of power, granting me anticipatory bail and severely reprimanding the excessive actions taken against a private citizen.
Even after legal setbacks, the harassment didn't stop; it merely shifted from official uniforms to party goons targeting my cars and properties. But intimidation cannot break conviction.
🟧The Ultimate Verdict :
On May 4th, the ultimate relief arrived. The people of West Bengal delivered their verdict, ending what many experienced as a rule of tyranny.
Today, while the former MP has predictably flown to London to enjoy holidays and post irrelevant videos, the ordinary citizen she tried to crush stands tall. This wasn't just my victory, it was a victory for every common citizen against the arrogance of political power.
Some facts that you should know:
The tragic loss of 3 Indian sailors off Oman is an unfortunate case of collateral damage. The Indian government has consistently warned citizens against working in dangerous conflict zones near Iran. Despite clear advisories, these sailors chose to take contracts with foreign employers operating in sanctioned shadow fleets.
When the US Navy ordered the vessel to stop, the ship's foreign operators ignored the command, leading to a military strike. The Indian crew members were complying with the orders of their foreign employers, not the Indian state, on a Palau-flagged vessel.
The Indian government cannot be held responsible for the consequences when individuals choose to prioritise foreign corporate orders over their own nation's safety advisories
So Islamist Arfa has now suddenly became Nationalist.
She is angry why Modi is not declaring war against US after 3 Indian Merchant Navy Men have been killed.
Never seen her this much anger against Pakistan, Bangaldesh or Iran,
When they attack our India 🇮🇳

Oh really? Will this be done in pakistan and Bangladesh ? What was 2 nation theory and why kashmir still does not have hindu pandits. What was the biggest hindu people massacre in Bengal and Kashmir? Why we still have cases in tcs red fort?
Just good to hear young voices say no to Hindu Muslim because such an approach does not just harm minorities (which it does) but diminishes the majority very substantially and certainly does not help the economy.
Food of thought for you why all shiv sena aap tmc ncp all are moving out . Are they fools or really believe in joining the best ? Why am I asking a congress thrown out person
The TMC MP’s, MLA’s defecting to the BJP is a sign that Indian democracy is at a precipice. The Raghav Chadhafication of Indian politics is peaking: Operation Lotus and Operation Washing Machine is on a roll.
Who can stop this decline? And how?
Do listen in if you care for Indian democracy.

From 1947 to 1052, Pandit Nehru was chosen by MKG over Sardar Patel, who had the Congress Party's mandate.
By criticising PM Modi's record among India's elected Prime Ministers, Congress invites online trolls.
In fact, PM Modi's twelve years of achievements are even more prominent because they follow 67 years of Congress misrule that required correction, besides other main tasks which he and his team accomplished through hard work and honesty.

Thane: A heated road rage incident in Thane took a dramatic turn after an Ola driver from another state allegedly assaulted a senior citizen, only to be beaten up later by Shiv Sena workers. The incident occurred outside a mall in Thane. The elderly man had objected to the Ola driver spitting on the road. Enraged by the remark, the driver allegedly beat up the senior citizen. A video of the assault went viral on social media, sparking massive public outrage. Within a few hours, two Shiv Sena youth workers tracked down the driver and gave him a severe thrashing in typical “Shiv Sena style”. After the assault, the workers handed the driver over to the Vartak Nagar Police.
Even if the EVM is working, if the polling agents of parties are complicit or missing, any number can be claimed on the written tally. If there’s no one to challenge it then a result in specific seats can be rammed through. We need to actually do some detailed work and build awareness on what can go down in specific polling booths. All in all a travesty.
You don’t have to like or dislike the TMC to be worried about the country effectively becoming a one-party dictatorship, backed by the machinery of the state and central agencies.
A booth in Bengal's New Town with 88% Muslim voters recorded 97% votes for BJP, handing BJP the seat. CPI(M) got 1 vote, TMC 5.
'This is an impossible result, where did our votes go?' ask locals. @shinjineemjmdr@Onkeyta_ & @Holytripper heard them.
