Trying for a refund on the website also leads to failure.

Please tell me if I can expect this or not? If yes, by when? when can somebody call me to apologise for this experience.

I’ve been patient and polite but I wonder if rudeness is the only way to get anything done here?

I was on call for over 40 minutes. Most of the time on hold.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and then 10 minutes later the line got cut. No call back.

After tweeting also, no response.

@airvistara my flight has been canceled. Customer care hasn’t been helpful at all and after over 30 minutes on call, 20 minutes of which I’ve been on wait the call was cut.

Please call me back, I don’t have the patience to waste another 30 minutes.
