My second-last call to Blue Dart was abruptly disconnected by your executive, who stated that he could not track the complaint status using number 1536901. He then cut the call, which is extremely rude and unacceptable.
Instead of helping customers who are already facing issues due to your poor IVR system and technical glitches, your executives are displaying arrogance and lack of basic courtesy.

I saw the worst part of #Flipkart through its VIP scheme.
They will not share any solution in email. And when we call back they say that we had already provided the solution. But what is the solution? Is a mystery in itself.
You never replied to my email to confirm that the issue has been resolved. Instead, you only call to say it will be handled within 24 hours, but nothing ever happens. Even your X support team did the same. This situation is beginning to feel like a case of fraud. @flipkartsupport
You are very quick to claim that a specialist spoke to me, but what was actually discussed during the recorded call? You never bothered to verify it, despite saying you would when you called me. So, it seems that every call made by Flipkart so far has been a fake one. @Flipkart
First they will call and check if this is the right time to call. They will confirm your name and repeat your complaint. They will ask for 24 hrs and this has been going on since 1.5 months.
And in repeated follow up lastly they said it cannot be resolved. And nor refunded.
