3. @DGCAIndia please check this malpractice by @Cleartrip. The poor airline guys are doing their job @AkasaAir handled this very well. But how can @Cleartrip charge a Convenience fee while booking + cancellation fees+ service fees!! Chori chal rahi hai!
1. @Cleartrip@DGCAIndia A question to Clear trip- I recently cancelled a ticket on Akasa that I had booked through you. It was cancelled under the full refund policy of DGCA by the airline. At the time of booking I was charged ~400 on each Sector as convenience fees=~800
2. At the time of cancellation, @Cleartrip charges~800 for cancellation ( done directly by airline) and another Rs800 as service fees. For what joy!? The poor airline is doing its job but a middle man is milking the customer for no reason.

@viv_chand@JhaSanjay Oh yes! The armed forces are an oasis of national pride and religious tolerance- that to me is absolutely phenomenal! Each of the officers mentioned was brilliant as they come. Their religion didn’t matter then and it doesn’t matter now.
