Very sad to inform you that your zomato service has gone from bad to worst. Customers graviences aren't being addressed. AI written mails are forwarded, Bot not able to handle queries & when it comes to human even they can't handle it.

These orders were delayed and your bot promised to credit certain amount for the delay but nothing. Your customer service is pathetic. They don't have access of anything.

Travelling in trian no 11013 from Mumbai to Bangalore, in 2nd AC and I can see there are local vendors selling peanuts and all.
Train bearth has cockroach roaming, bathroom is not cleaned.. I booked ticket in 2nd AC for comfort but here I am.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews it's been almost a week that i have been raising complaint of poor connectivity but no one is there to listen. Complaint will be registered and then complaint will be closed without any phone call or technician visit.
