Very sad to inform you that your zomato service has gone from bad to worst. Customers graviences aren't being addressed. AI written mails are forwarded, Bot not able to handle queries & when it comes to human even they can't handle it.
Look into the matter please.

Flight number gets changed, flight get rescheduled and notification customer is receiving that flight is canceled.

Travelling in trian no 11013 from Mumbai to Bangalore, in 2nd AC and I can see there are local vendors selling peanuts and all.
Train bearth has cockroach roaming, bathroom is not cleaned.. I booked ticket in 2nd AC for comfort but here I am.

It's been 1 week of continuous complaining and still no one has addressed the issue.
@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence@airtelnews it's been almost a week that i have been raising complaint of poor connectivity but no one is there to listen. Complaint will be registered and then complaint will be closed without any phone call or technician visit.
