Car rental ruined my trip. Booked 2 months ahead, confirmed, got the car after 4:30 PM. Ruined my family trip and stole one day of my 2day booking, kept the full charge.

@bt_uk I have been calling the above number for the last 3 weeks, but the issue has not been resolved. If you care about your customer, fix the issue. I have never seen such a poor service. Shame on @bt_uk#poor#shameonBT
@Ryanair You are mocking him! It's even worse and shameful. I did check-in for myself but due to some technical issue, the system failed to check-in for my kid. You still charged me for my daughter's check-in. Back then, she was five years old. Stop charging for Checkin!
