My father (age 83) has been admitted to @Bhatia_Hospital since independence day

He was down with Influenza A

Things were ok till discharge

The discharge was planned for today at least two days back

This morning the dr also came late. The discharge card was given by the dr around 1:30 pm

I assumed that the papers would have gone for TPA and I came to the TPA office at 430 pm

I was told that the papers were not received yet

I went to the floor desk and I asked why the delay

I was given a story for the cause of the delay and that the mama has personally carried the file

Also I was mocked at when I said that this is not acceptable. They were like this is how it works here

The papers reached the TPA at 4:45

Now i am following up for our papers to be sent but they are not prioritising

I am being very courteously told that their office closes at 6 as also the TPA office so it's possible that discharge doesn't happen today

This is ridiculous

I request @abitkar_prakash ji to intervene

My father is 83

I am a kidney transplant recipient

I need to get discharge for my father today itself

🚨 He bought the policy from Policybazaar.
The insurer was Care Health.. But when his claim became difficult, he came to us.
