Again I am saying we are not getting any help from samsung India, no written documents are provided by the support team and automatically they close the case saying everything is fine.
Seeking help since last month,any further delay would lead us to consumer court

Again I am asking for help from the samsung team, the problem is still persisting but we have been continuously receiving mail from the Samsung executive team that they have done the discussion and everything is fine.

A double-door refrigerator we bought in 2021. Since then the fridge has broken down thrice, today is the third time. All they say is that this part is not in warranty, and last time they stooped very low saying that the room temperature is very high, no help!
