My PNR is 8254269507. I am travelling in Nagpur-Secunderabad Vande Bharat and the AC in coach C4 is not working properly. I am literally sweating.

I faced the same issue when I was travelling from Secunderabad to Nagpur.

Please resolve this ASAP.

Without my consent & approval, you guys simply closed my request and later, the technician gave me an absurd & illogical reason of not setting the temperature less than 25°C

My PNR is 4145307133 and I am travelling from KSR Bengaluru - Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express (22691) from Hyderabad to Nagpur.

The A4 compartment's AC is not working properly. It doesn't feel like travelling in an AC train at all.

Please look into this asap.
