जौहर विश्वविद्यालय पर बुलडोजर कार्रवाई का आदेश मुख्यमंत्री @myogiadityanath जी की सांप्रदायिक राजनीति की पराकाष्ठा है। सबसे चिंताजनक बात यह है कि माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की 'बुलडोजर कार्रवाई' पर कई बार फटकार के बाद भी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार इस तरह की कार्रवाइयों से बाज नहीं आ रही है।

जौहर विश्वविद्यालय के मामले में रामपुर विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा प्रशासनिक स्तर पर यह आदेश पारित किया गया है। प्रशासनिक आदेश न्यायालय के अंतिम निर्णय का विकल्प नहीं हो सकता। यदि विश्वविद्यालय इस आदेश से असहमत है, तो उसे सक्षम न्यायालय में अपनी बात रखने और न्याय प्राप्त करने का पूरा अधिकार है। ऐसे में अंतिम न्यायिक निर्णय से पहले किसी भी प्रकार की ध्वस्तीकरण की कार्रवाई माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की अवमानना होगी।

विडंबना यह है कि यूजीसी द्वारा जारी फर्जी विश्वविद्यालयों की सूची में उत्तर प्रदेश के अलीगढ़, प्रयागराज, गौतम बुद्ध नगर और राजधानी लखनऊ तक के संस्थान शामिल हैं, लेकिन उन पर कठोर कार्रवाई के बजाय एक स्थापित विश्वविद्यालय को बुलडोजर के निशाने पर खड़ा किया जा रहा है। यह सरकार की मंशा और दोहरे मापदंडों पर गंभीर प्रश्न खड़े करता है।

@UPGovt से हमारी मांग है कि ध्वस्तीकरण की कार्रवाई पर तत्काल रोक लगाई जाए, विश्वविद्यालय को सभी वैधानिक एवं न्यायिक उपाय अपनाने का पूरा अवसर दिया जाए तथा न्यायालय के अंतिम निर्णय का सम्मान किया जाए।
