I seriously don't understand this bank employees' strike !!

They already get 25-30 leaves for festivals, Sundays off, every 2nd and 4th Saturday off. What more do they need exactly now ??

Pushing a 5 day work week means they'll have only 190-200 working days a year !!? Basically half year off while drawing a full year's salary

And when do bank employees work seriously ? Their working hours are majorly 10-4 that too including a 1 hr lunch break !! No one questions why do basic banking tasks sometimes take days while customers are expected to be available instantly ?

In my opinion, if they want a 5 day work week then they should also implement the 10 day holiday rule in a year just like MNCs does !!

These chhapris think they look cool doing this, driving ₹15 lakh car but can’t even pay ₹100. Yeh toh aukaat hai inki 🤡

And then they proudly posting it on social media as if it’s some achievement.

People like this need good treatment from the police then only they will learn.

@IndianTechGuide this should be implemented everywhere, and if a train gets cancelled at the last moment, all passengers should be compensated for the inconvenience caused.
