Students who took admission in abroad after 18.11.2021 can't take transfer to other countries as per FMGL Regulations, 2021 & they can't go back to Ukraine due to war. @NMC_IND realise student's problem & take a positive decision to absorb them in India. @PMOIndia @MoHFW_INDIA
