@AmazonHelp The number I am getting is customer service US. I am in Canada. Also my account is not on hold. It’s been restricted and I am not getting any refunds for my lost parcel. Already spoke with Customer Service and they also cannot help in connecting with Accounts team .

@amazon what a bad service. Intelcom team delivered at wrong address and I lost my item. Now Amazon asked me to file police complaint etc . Why should I go through this harassment when it’s not my fault. You should have solved it internally and provide refund.

@bookingcom What confirmation number are you looking for? Are you seriously investigating it or just doing time pass. Haven’t you seen pincode of the Hotel address and name on the invoice I sent? Everything is clearly mentioned there.

Can’t you call your relevant team and ask to send the written update. Apart from regret and sorry I cannot see any other comments from your end. These things should not take this long to resolve.

They should be brought in court. Let make this viral on social media so that people can boycott booking from this site.

@crew_T80497 When I reached hotel, they told they have not received any money and the reservation is cancelled. So this booking was not accepted at their hotel and I had to pay and book again another room.
