@GHMCOnline hi , can you please tell why the garbage collector vehicals charge the local resident some money for every month and refuses to collect garbage if unpaid ? Do we have to pay them separately to collect garbage or govt pays ? I stay in Kukatpally and I am frustrated.

Everyone in Pune loves to talk about growth. New Metro lines, new IT parks, new projects every quarter.

But ask a student here what their biggest monthly headache is. It is not fees. It is getting from the PG to college and back without bleeding money.

A 5 km auto ride is around ₹100. A bike taxi for the same trip is roughly ₹40. Twice a day, every day. That gap is a thousand rupees a month for someone who is already counting every rupee.

Maharashtra already has rules on paper. What is missing is a working framework on ground, so nobody knows what is allowed and what is not.

Clarity is cheap. Uncertainty is expensive, and right now the student is the one paying for it.

Overall our Public Schools, roads, breathing air and drinking water ? States need to answer this.

I don’t object to contributing . But after everything I contribute, what am I getting back?

Why can’t India’s middle class get the Singapore deal as a starter— lower taxes, better roads, better transport, better civic infrastructure and greater accountability for every rupee it pays from every authority that extracts a tax in one or other form.

ह्यासाठी केवळ घोषणांची नव्हे, तर त्वरित हस्तक्षेपाची आणि थर्ड-पार्टी ऑडिट करून वेळेत पूर्ण होणाऱ्या नियोजनबद्ध आराखड्याची गरज आहे.

नवीन उद्योगांच्या स्वागतासाठी 'ईज ऑफ डुइंग बिझनेस' चांगले आहे. परंतु एकदा का आयटी पार्क किंवा उद्योग स्थिरावले, की महाराष्ट्रातील प्रशासन त्यांना भ्रष्टाचार, जाचक अटींचे पालन आणि पायाभूत सुविधांच्या समस्यांनी त्रस्त करून सोडतेय.

चाकण औद्योगिक वसाहतीतील तब्बल २० कंपन्यांनी वाहतूक कोंडी, प्रदूषण, पाणी, वीज आणि रस्त्यांच्या समस्यांमुळे स्थलांतर करण्याचा निर्णय घेतल्याची बाब अत्यंत गंभीर आहे. या कंपन्यांमध्ये सुमारे २,००० हून अधिक कामगार कार्यरत आहेत.

हे उद्योग स्थलांतरित होऊ नयेत, रोजगाराच्या संधी टिकून राहाव्यात आणि राज्याची औद्योगिक ताकद कायम राहावी यासाठी राज्य सरकारने या प्रश्नाकडे तातडीने लक्ष देण्याची गरज आहे.

• चाकण, तळेगाव आणि राज्यातील अन्य औद्योगिक वसाहतींमधील पायाभूत सुविधांचा युद्धपातळीवर विकास करावा.
• खड्डे, रस्ते आणि वाहतूक कोंडीची समस्या तातडीने सोडवावी.
• MIDC, PMRDA, PWD आणि NHAI यांच्यात समन्वय साधून एकात्मिक उपाययोजना कराव्यात.
• उद्योजकांशी उच्चस्तरीय बैठक घेऊन त्यांच्या समस्या वेळेत सोडवण्यासाठी विशेष ‘एक खिडकी’ यंत्रणा उभारावी.

तसंच, संसदेच्या पावसाळी अधिवेशनादरम्यान संसदेतील आमचे सहकारी खासदार श्री. राजाभाऊ वाजे यांनी राज्याच्या औद्योगिक धोरणासंबंधी उपस्थित केलेल्या प्रश्नाला उत्तर देताना केंद्रीय कॉर्पोरेट व्यवहार राज्यमंत्री हर्ष मल्होत्रा यांनी संसदेत माहिती दिली की, गेल्या ५ वर्षांत महाराष्ट्रातील तब्बल ३६,२११ खासगी कंपन्या बंद झाल्या आहेत. मात्र या कंपन्या बंद झाल्यानंतर किती जणांच्या नोकऱ्या गेल्या आणि त्यांना पुरेसा मोबदला मिळाला का, याची माहिती मात्र सरकारदरबारी उपलब्ध नाही. हे अत्यंत धक्कादायक आहे.

महाराष्ट्र नेहमीच उद्योगस्नेही राज्य राहिलं आहे. त्यामुळे पायाभूत सुविधांच्या अभावामुळे उद्योगांचं स्थलांतर होणं किंवा ते बंद होणं आपल्या राज्यासाठी भूषणावह निश्चितच नाही.

सरकार कोणत्याही विचारांचं असो, ‘औद्योगिकदृष्ट्या उन्नत महाराष्ट्र’ हा स्व. यशवंतराव चव्हाणांनी आपल्याला दिलेला वारसा राज्यकर्त्यांनी टिकवावा, अशी अपेक्षा महाराष्ट्र ठेवत असेल तर त्यात काहीही वावगं नाही.
