@KBLPumps It's the third week and counting for just a suggestion for the right pump for my borewell. Did site inspection, it took a lot of follow-ups. After inspection as well I have to wait and do follow ups. This is not acceptable and very disappointing from brand like this.

@JioCare Service Visit was rescheduled for today again - as always service engineer put false reason that he did not get access to my premise - I am in my house,it is open. I did not get any call from him.

What to do now?

Today's scheduled service engineer visit also did not happen.

I have already conveyed that service engineers are not visiting for long now.

Why don't you send Jio Technical engineer directly for support not the service engineer?

@JioCare Service engineer visit is scheduled for today between 11 am to 12 pm. I am at Home, the house is open. Let's see this visit happen OR we get fake reasons to avoid the visit.

@JioCare Did you check with service engineer why they put fake reasons for home visits? If they do come then issue won't be fixed - Technical Team only talks with service engineer, and service engineers not visiting with posting fake reasons - Please Technical team visit with me

@JioCare Just Now I got message that - Service Engineer visit is on hold as they do not have access to my home - I am in my house, house is open, I have cctv setup I can show no one has come.

Why this fake service is there? If you can not solve issue then refund my money.

@JioCare Hi, VPN is not working with Jio Air fibre. Ticket is open from the 13th of August. Technical team had connect with me asked for information, to my surprise they closed ticket without solution. Is there really a way to get proper help! Already ticket is escalated.

@JioCare Hi There, Still the VPN issue is not fixed - 2 tickets with escalation open. As communicated to me, issue is already conveyed to the concerned department but no one is connecting to provide a solution. If I am not able to #jioairfibre for my #wfh then it is of no use.

@JioCare Hi There, VPN provider has allowed all ips for connection from all providers. Following is the end point and port details for VPN. Can you please check at router end whether that blocked - *.cvpn-endpoint-0c264f0b296d9fc59.prod.clientvpn.us-east-1.amazonaws.com port is 443
