@airindia I am still waiting on this. Have called multiple times as well but I am just being asked to wait 24 hours everytime and still there are no updates. I have gotten multiple escalation case ID as below as well. But still no updates

@makemytripcare In ecery call i get the same response that it would be resolved in 48 hours. But nothing happens. Same was the case after raiseing the complaint here. Agar back to same response that waiting for airline to refund. But airline ticket was annuled.

@makemytrip Refund pending for 3 weeks. Date keeps increasing daily. Despite claim of not waiting for airline, no refund yet. Support keeps asking to wait 48 hrs—no resolution. Also, refund amount now differs from what was shown at cancellation. Unacceptable. Please resolve ASAP.

@makemytripcare In mmt itself its written that my refund would be processed even before airline issues the refund. I spoke with airindia they tell me the ticket was annulled and mmt should have the refund back. But still since 3 weeks i am hearing from mmt that they have not received refund.

@FIFAWorldCup I have purchased PMA tickets from random selection draw phase. I am unable to see options to transfer, add guest or resell this ticket on the market place. I couldn't find any documentation or or official way to contact for support here as well.
