@HP - your team seems incapable to resolve an extremely minor query of the customer . Since 15 days they took the payment and haven’t sent the engineer for on site visit despite following up since very first day @HPIndia @HPSupport

This is the fourth time I have called @HPIndia customer care to ask for the necessary details & these guys are least bothered , On top on that they have been very conveniently saying we have shared the details 😭😭😭

Service centre asked for the payment before delivering the services and on top of that despite making the payment no one had tried to contact for on site visit
