Dear @flyspicejet team, I cancelled my booking last month, still waiting for refund to be credited. Not sure why you don't follow your own cancellation policies. You should be charged penalties for delayed refunds.

Disappointed with no refund and no response to email from @flyspicejet . I did cancellation of two bookings on 9th March and still waiting for refund. Emailed on 21st March but no response.

The refund is still not credited after more than 10 days after initiation. The email said 7 days to credit. Could you please check what is the problem?
