@SBICard_Connect I tried paying my outstanding bill yesterday for Rs 43,192 through @CRED_support but got a message that payment has been reversed.
But as per CRED the transaction was successfully done at SBI at 2.32 pm on 16-June-2024 through UTR- AXNFCN0652614827.

@SBICard_Connect @SBICard_Connect @CRED_support this was resolved when CRED refunded me the money from their end after more than 24 hours. Quite a disappointing experience that @CRED_support made me run from pillar to post for money that they already had.
