@driveu_in My wife took a ride on 26th Oct with DriveU. The driver for the trip mentioned to her that the car needed to be refuelled while she was not in the car and said he got petrol worth 2000 filled. She trusted the driver and didn’t check if the fuel meter was reflecting….

petrol worth 2000 when she got back in the car. As the trip ended, the driver demanded INR 2623 ( 2000 for Petrol and 623 for the trip) which she duly paid via UPI. The next day morning as I took the car out I noticed it was in reserve mode and got the tank full by refuelling …

and exonerate the driver for the remaining amount. I have refused to accept the refund for INR 477, since he never got any petrol filled in and we should get the entire INR 2000 back.
