If there's one thing that trading can teach you, it should be the power of asymmetry.
A successful trader accepts small losses on lots of trades, but is able to generate an asymmetrically bigger profit on his winners.
A writer keeps writing all his life, & then one book becomes the bestseller. One composition of a musician gets counted in the timeless classics. Athletes train for years for a race that lasts few seconds. Asymmetric effort that gets no visibility in comparison to the outcome that gets celebrated.
A few exceptional investments, one breakthrough product, one conversation, one mentor, one friend, one act of kindness can create ripples that last for years.
So then what to do?
Design your life around favorable asymmetries. Smile more than circumstances justify. Learn more than your profession demands. Give more than people expect. Lose gracefully. Win generously. Seize the moment when it arrives.
बात बनती है by making the right moments matter asymmetrically.
In the Bhagavad Gita, chapter 18, verses 26 to 28, Krishna explains the 3 types of doers.
The Sattvik doer works without attachment. Steady in success, steady in failure. He does not chase the fruit.
The Rajasik doer is hungry for results. Passionate, restless, swinging between joy and grief depending on the outcome.
The Tamasik doer is unsteady, deceitful, lazy, malicious, always postponing.
Now the point most people miss.
If you want to understand Jyotish, and honestly how this entire world operates, master the permutations of these 3 gunas. Everything runs on their interplay.
Every graha has a guna. Every rashi has a guna. Every bhava, every yoga, every relationship in your life functions exactly according to the guna it carries.
Once your eye is trained to see the gunas underneath, the chart stops being a puzzle. It starts speaking.
@indragauri Saturn & Mars are Tamas
Guru & Surya are Sattva
Venus & Mercury are Rajas
Rahu-Ketu are tamas but can be diluted easily by sign they are posited in.

Why are my candles blue/red/green? 🤔
I am getting this question a lot.
It's not a TradingView setting—it's the Simple Volume with Pocket Pivots indicator by @finallynitin.
The indicator simplifies volume analysis by filtering out the noise and highlighting only the volume bars that deserve your attention:
🟦 Blue (Pocket Pivot Volume) – An accumulation signal where today's up-volume exceeds the highest down-volume from the last 10 down days. These often indicate institutional buying and are especially powerful within a base or on a breakout.
🟩 Green – Above-average volume on an up day. This shows buyers are active and supporting the move.
🟥 Red – Above-average volume on a down day. This indicates significant selling pressure or supply entering the stock.
🟧 Orange – Very low "dry-up" volume, where volume has contracted significantly below its average. This is especially useful for identifying VCPs and healthy consolidations.
Most other volume bars are intentionally shown in grey, as they usually don't provide actionable information.
The indicator also includes several useful additions mentioned below and more :
• Relative Volume (%) to instantly compare today's volume with its average.
• Highest Volume labels (HVE/HVY/HVQ) to highlight exceptional institutional activity.
• Bull Snort signals (Oliver Kell) shown with a purple background and/or dot, marking explosive accumulation days with exceptionally high volume and strong closes.
• Daily & 50-day turnover (₹ Cr) displayed in a table for quick liquidity analysis.
• Customizable Volume MA & Relative Volume periods to suit your trading style.
• A visible 50-period average volume on the price scale.
If you want your price candles to match these volume signals, simply enable:
Indicator Settings → Style → ✅ Paint Price Bars
This colors the candles using the same logic as the volume bars, making it much easier to spot accumulation and distribution directly on the price chart without constantly looking at the volume pane.

A big thank you to @finallynithin for creating and sharing this indicator with the community. I've been using it for a long time, and it has become an integral part of my charting workflow. The clean visualization makes reading price and volume much easier, and I genuinely appreciate the effort that went into building and maintaining it. 🙌
The single most important factor is self awareness.
Not intelligence. Not capital. Not contacts. Not even hard work. we are not born with all these ..
Because if a person does not know who they are, they will keep copying others and eventually break.
If you can comfortably hold a deep squat (Malasana) for 2 minutes, your hips, ankles, spine and future self will thank you. One of the most underrated mobility exercises for healthy aging.
Here are 7 reasons why
1) Restores hip mobility
Higher consciousness is realised when we focus on energies..preserve our sound..when we meet none except in necessities.
Our silence & our isolation keeps empowering us.
Most vital part is not to allow negative thoughts & our pains to enter our mind.
Try it..you can do it.
If you don’t understand the basics of valuation, modeling, leadership quality, the price you are paying, position sizing, and the risk you are taking, you may not make the mistake today.
But sooner or later, the market will make sure it becomes the biggest mistake of your investing life.

🫀 Key Cardiac Risk Markers You Shouldn’t Ignore
Heart attacks in 20s & 30s are becoming frighteningly common.
Fit on the outside ≠ Healthy on the inside.
Here’s how to investigate early & prevent silent cardiac risk 👇
🔴 1. Lipid Profile is just the beginning
Check more than just total cholesterol.
✅ LDL (bad cholesterol)
✅ HDL (good cholesterol)
✅ Triglycerides (TG)
✅ VLDL
🔍 Ideal:
• TG < 100
• HDL > 50
• LDL < 100
• TG/HDL ratio < 2
🔴 2. ApoB & ApoA1 – Better than LDL
🔸ApoB = Number of artery-clogging particles
🔸ApoA1 = Protective particles
✅ Ideal ApoB < 90
✅ ApoB/ApoA1 Ratio < 0.6
This is a stronger predictor of heart disease than LDL alone.
🔴 3. Lp(a) – The silent genetic risk
🔸Not tested in basic reports
🔸Genetically inherited
🔸Can increase heart attack risk even if other markers are normal
✅ Ideal Lp(a) < 30 mg/dL
📌 Test it once in life—even if you’re young.
🔴 4. hsCRP – Inflammation matters
🔸High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein
🔸Marker of chronic low-grade inflammation
✅ Ideal < 1.0 mg/L
🔥 Chronic inflammation silently damages arteries.
🔴 5. Homocysteine – B12 & Heart Link
🔸Elevated in B12/folate deficiency
🔸Promotes clotting & damages blood vessels
✅ Ideal < 10 µmol/L
📌 If high, correct B12, folate, B6 levels.
🔴 6. Fasting Insulin & HOMA-IR
🔸Most missed test. Insulin resistance often starts years before diabetes.
✅ Fasting insulin < 6
✅ HOMA-IR < 1.5
📌 Even with normal sugar, high insulin = silent metabolic risk.
🔴 7. CAC Score (Calcium Score CT)
🔸Non-invasive scan to detect early plaque in coronary arteries
🔸Score 0 = very low risk
🔸Higher scores = hidden artery blockage
📌 Highly recommended if you have family history or are >35 with risk markers.
🧠 Prevention is not just avoiding junk food.
It’s about testing early and tracking the real markers of silent cardiac risk.
✅ Don’t wait for chest pain.
✅ Don’t assume fitness = health.
✅ Investigate > Guess
✅ Act early = Live longer

One of the core foundational flaw in human psychology that doesn’t help market participants is price anchoring and recency bias.
When a stock runs up 30-50% in few days and you’ve not been able to take action. First thing we do is to hurry up and calculate the downside risk from CMP and then look at the lost alpha ?
Instead what generally tends to work is to invert this equation whenever momentum builds into a counter and questioning your fundamental belief that what more upside and the opportunity cost I’d be losing for total neglect of onboarding this train ?
This is something very hard to deal with for everyone.
If the market history serves any purpose, it’s the latter case which plays into a mkt participants favor than the former regret chain reaction.
The most advanced science of the 21st century
is finally catching up to one man
who said it all on a battlefield 3,000 years ago.
Most of you will reject that line.
Good.
Quantum physics discovered something it could not explain.
The observer changes what is being observed.
A particle has no fixed reality until someone looks at it.
Read that again.
Reality does not exist without the one watching it.
The act of watching creates the outcome.
Heisenberg called it the uncertainty principle.
He did not know what to do with it.
Krishna had already spoken the answer.
The universe does not observe itself.
That is not a poetic line.
That is the most dangerous fact in existence.
You can see stars.
You cannot see the eye that sees them.
You can study the brain.
You cannot watch your brain studying.
The observer always stands outside the observation.
This is not a limitation of science.
This is the architecture of reality.
Our Rishis called it Drashta and Drishya.
The seer and the seen.
They knew the seer can never become the seen.
Not because we lack instruments.
Because that is how the system was built.
Now here is where it gets uncomfortable.
And many may not like what I will say further.
Search the entire Bhagavad Gita.
The word 'Hindu' does not appear once.
Not once.
Compare that with every text that calls itself a holy book.
That single fact should shake many institutions who lecture Bharat.
The Gita is not a religious book.
It is a map of consciousness.
A systems document for the human mind.
But we were programmed to call it religion.
To touch it with few hands and keep it on a shelf.
No school teaches it.
No syllabus includes it.
Not even our own government has moved seriously on this.
Why?
Because the colonial code is still running.
And here is what breaks me.
Krishna has been waiting.
More than 3,000 years.
Standing on that same battlefield.
Holding out the same map.
Waiting for us to stop doubting ourself and start reading.
We are all Arjuna.
And most of us have still not opened the book.
Not in its true spirit.
Not even once.
The moment Bharat reads the Gita as civilisational technology and not as religious text, something will shift.
A nation that understands the observer,
cannot be controlled,
cannot be colonised again.
Not by armies.
Not by algorithms.
Not by debt.
We are not there yet.
But the map was always in our hands.
Krishna never left.
We just stopped listening.
@prajwal1947 i said last time . u keep asking same thing ..
1) valuation model
2) learn and read quartely calls and guidnace
3) FY27 FY28 SALES , PAT , EPS GUIDANCE
Every crisis in the market teaches you only one lesson that we invariably forget when the next one arrives.
And its the same lesson everytime: Arrange your affairs in such a way that you can comfortably stick around till the storm passes.
And a bonus second lesson that many never seem to realize - when the newsflow is bad for a while - most of the negatives are already priced in by the market fairly quickly. If you act late, in general, it's best not to act at all.
And a third lesson - market rallies in the face of uncertainty, by the time certainty comes, the market would have priced in the resolution.
We need to remember and review these when we face the next crisis.
Becoming successful is not luck. It’s math.
If your probability of success on any single try is 1/10 (10%), you’ll need to try roughly 50 times to have over a 99.5% chance of at least one success.
Formula: 1 − (0.9⁵⁰) ≈ 99.48%
At 100 attempts, it’s 99.997% — for all practical purposes, a virtual certainty.
The more times you try, the higher your odds climb. Persistence compounds. Keep going.
This book was published in 1916 by Benaras Hindu University...
Not available now. All the copies got destroyed. One copy was available in the library of California University, which has been digitised by Microsoft. It is a beautiful introduction to Hinduism, without any school affiliations. It is especially suited to youth. You may go through at leisure. It has 304 pages and share it further with your known younger generation kids. This is a rare book on “Sanatana Dharma” - Please READ and share it to our youth group as much as possible... https://t.co/pKkRmqtP6d
