@virginmedia Yes I did, but they say you have give 39 day notice, so we have charged you for that. But i cancelled contract within 14 days cooling of time. Lady on the phone is so rude, she just keep talking and not listen my situation.

@virginmedia Staff sold me package by giving me wrong details, cancelled within 14 days, still charged me for while month, yet not cancelled and charged another month as well, send me wrong contract again and charge full amount again, white collar stealing.
