Sachin Londhe and Sachin Gunale, Petitioners for the #UnclogHinjawadiITPark campaign, recently participated in a meeting with Pimpri Chinchwad Police to address traffic issues in the Hinjawadi and Wakad areas.
This ongoing collaboration is a direct result of the concerns they have been raising about traffic flow.

The meeting was held at 11 a.m., included key officials:

Pimpri Chinchwad Police: Commissioner of Police Shri VinayKumar Choubey ji @choubeyvk , Additional Commissioner of Police Shri Sarang Avhad ji, and DCP Vivek Patil ji.

PCMC Officers: Shri Bapu Gaikwad ji and PCMC EE Sunil Pawar ji, who were involved in a detailed survey of traffic issues as directed by CP Choubey.

Additional Police Stakeholders: ACP Satish Nandurkar, PI Sonwane, and PI Thorat were also present to help resolve the issues.

During the meeting, the teams visited ten specific locations to assess the traffic situation:
1. Wakad Hinjawadi Bridge
2. Savata Mali Temple (near Hinjawadi Bridge)
3. Hinjawadi Indian Oil petrol pump Chowk
Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk
4. Bhujbal Chowk
5. Phoneix Mall road
6. Western Avenue society
7. Missing link road (near Phoneix Mall)
8. Kala Khadak Signal
9. Dange Chowk

Attendees discussed various ideas and proposed solutions for these spots. The Western Avenue society also extended an invitation to CP Choubey for their Navratri Mahotsav Puja, which he attended. The society's Chairman, Sudharkar Diwan ji, and Godbole ji thanked the police for honoring their last-minute request.

The petitioners @pcmchsgsociety concluded the meeting on a positive note, expressing gratitude to CP Choubey and the @PCcityPolice PCPC team for their third visit to the Hinjawadi IT Park to review traffic conditions and for their commitment to finding solutions for traffic-free roads.

I am committed for Working towards Traffic free movement across Hinjawadi and Wakad, Pimple Saudagar. Be it Wakad Datt mandir road or Hinjawadi roads i will always be fighting for congestion free movement.

Regular meetings with Traffic Police Team is needed. Hence Met Police for implementation of various measures suggested by them and we all Citizens for Hinjawadi Wakad Bridge or Kala Khadak Society road.

The road from Navle dairy till Akshar Elementa society having Podar school , Atlante society having lot of traffic. The main issue is the divider having shrubs causing accidents every few days. Can PCMC cut the strubs and make that divider smaller ?

Our children health will get deteriorate if they are spending 6-7 hrs beside dumping ground.

Beside that dumping ground the new school opened. Kindly remove that dump

It’s adjacent to one school and 30-40 meters away from another. Are we not playing with health of many children and 100s of 1000s residents?

The Labours working in colour school which is beside that dumping ground are mainly the patient.
We are from Elementa society where also we observed dengue patient.
Kindly do something to remove this dumping ground immediately.

We have many dengue and malaria patients from around that area.
If you want I will give reference to the doctor who said in that clinic there are 10-15 dengue patient in a week from that area.

Due to that everyday there is traffic jam as road become narrow due to illegal barricades.
Kindly remove the barricades so that road wil be free for blocking.

Can @CP_PCCity @CPPuneCity explain under which law Traffic police protecting that place ? Is it some restricted place or that landlord was given special treatment? Due to such illegal barricade there is lot of traffic everyday
