@deceivingrbk@Lakkilakshman@BMTC_BENGALURU 😂😂😂 metro train waits and calls for passengers to get in and waits after that to issue tickets?? Man BMTC maybe mediocre but you are an idiot. At least BMTC is better than you. Thank god for small mercies.
Another day, another baffling experience with Bengaluru's public transport.
Today I boarded @BMTC_BENGALURU bus 500CA at Silk Board Metro. The bus waited for nearly 5 minutes to allow more passengers to board—which is absolutely fine.
What wasn't fine was the conductor spending those entire 5 minutes standing at the door calling passengers in instead of issuing tickets.
Once the bus started moving, ticketing began. With the next fare stage approaching and poor network near HSR Apartments, ticket issuance got delayed, leading to unnecessary frustration for both passengers and the conductor.
Had tickets been issued while the bus was stationary, the entire delay could have been avoided.
A genuine question: why should a conductor spend time inviting passengers into a bus that's already at a designated stop? If someone needed route information, the driver or even fellow passengers could have assisted.
Wouldn't the conductor's time be better spent issuing tickets and keeping the service moving efficiently? @ChristinMP_@ever_pessimist@bengalurupost1@BMTC_BENGALURU
@deceivingrbk@NiranjanC70085@BMTC_BENGALURU Kerala transport is horrible. I want BMTC/KSRTC to go from mediocre to world class, that’s my wish for my city, maybe you don’t have that wish, but I do and I have all rights to ask for it.
@isvarguru@Brownhitey Talk too much and then don’t follow thru, that is classic cheap beggar. Hogo, nin appan dhuddu nanage Beda. Nin athra illa antha nanage gothu. Take the last word, your ego needs the massage. I don’t give a shit of what you think.
@Linus1291@isvarguru Account based in “South Asia” hmmm I wonder why??!! Not even proud enough to put it as account based in India. And he’s talking to me about my country. Get a life!!
So it’s the conductors job to bring more revenue to BMTC and meet targets by acting like sales people? Aren’t we asking too much from the conductors? I never questioned the conductor, I am questioning the management. It’s their responsibility to move more people and figure out ways to do that without affecting the public in adverse manners and not overload a conductor.
@Linus1291@isvarguru I didn’t bring my surname into the debate, the racist guy assumed I am not from Karnataka because of my surname. Otherwise why would he ask me to go back to Kerala?? Care to take a guess?
It’s at 10.30 a.m and I didn’t have a problem with the conductor waiting for other passengers, I clarified that. The issue was that all that wait time was not used to issue tickets. The wait was after we started and moving ahead for a KM and then the bus stopped and was waiting for 10 mins to issue tickets.
@isvarguru@Brownhitey I knew you were a Cheapass and you would try to get out of paying despite first offering it. Put your money where your mouth is racist.
@Rajashekar1234@BMTC_BENGALURU No, because it’s not the conductors fault. I do not want to belittle them in public when it’s not their fault. It’s a management issue. Their hands are tied. I truly believe that.
If you can afford it, pay the money. Since you earn so much, help the city by getting rid of me. Now let’s see you come with a word salad to avoid paying. Cheapass racist. I only have my surname written, you are the one who decided to make it a reason for me not to live in a city that I was born in and spent 42 years of my life. Who’s the racist is easy to determine.
@anil_lulla@BMTC_BENGALURU 😂😂 didn’t expect the overflow sir. But disturbed also, didn’t expect people to turn on me because of my surname. They just assume I came from kerala yesterday. 😕 And that I am complaining because somehow they assume I don’t like Bengaluru.
