Because you want to be HEALTHY ! All your plans respected , you make them CONSIOUSLY . Your body knows exactly what he needs . So when your mind decides AGAINST your bodies´'s needs , your SUBCONCIOUS manipulates you into AUTOMATICLY doing the right thing ! Why "right thing" ? 64 kg is for a normal-build guy a LOW weight already , anything below it is HARMFUL to your functionning in daily life -honest question , honest answer - YOU don't see the positive changes you made the leat half year that clearly - but I do 👋😊🍀
