My kid just showed me a poem in which he'd referred to the ocean as 'a world-broad span of spumed and risen brine.' He's only six so I obviously let him down as gently as I could -- told him it was charming enough on first exposure but ultimately paltry and derivative.
I hope this doesn’t come off as pompous, but I just cannot play duck duck goose for more than half an hour or so these days. It’s just not very stimulating to me, and actually pretty monotonous. It’s possible I burned myself out by playing it too much, I guess
