@PublicStorage I’ve been a customer since May 2023. During that time my rate went from $55 to $91 for a 5x5 unit. I saw a special for the same unit for $36. Asked office if I could receive this rate? Was told I had to vacate the current unit to a new unit for this rate

Also the 91.00 paid on the 1st cannot be applied/prorated to the costs of transfer to the new unit. I was informed the site could not override this because rates are controlled by the corporate office. I was very disappointed ☹️. I moved all items to the new unit.
