@goa2usa How much time do you have? You can make a kahoot quiz. People go to the site, enter their answer for the question, and then everyone gets to see the scores as you go along. I've seen it work really well both in person and virtually.

@thegrumpyenby Yes, I've found for me it's helpful to notice any part in my body or brain that's holding stress. I also do some deep breathing and take care to notice where my energy level is, which has helped me adjust my pace so that I don't run out of fuel before the day is over.
@ladyleet If you want to dive into a daily life perspective, I'd suggest Phnom Penh for Cambodia. Growing city with universities and you could feature a "road trip" down to Siem Reap if you wanted to include the temples.
@thegrumpyenby I realized I was in a similar situation and was encouraged to have an alarm set for every day where I check in with myself to notice where I'm at and see if I need to course correct. I've done it ever since. If I didn't have the alarm, I almost certainly would not remember.
