It’s the practice of what I call
STILL, learning to let go, stop struggling, and resist the urge to control everything in an age of chaos.

Reading Still feels like sitting with a mentor on a quiet morning a pastoral conversation more than a manual. It speaks gently but with authority, reminding leaders to slow down, breathe, and lead from the Spirit rather than from stress.

⚡ Leadership runs on energy.
Not meetings. Not emails. Not even strategy.
Each day, you start with a finite emotional bank.
When crisis hits, many leaders “borrow” from tomorrow… and end up in overdraft.

When it comes to suffering in your life, abandon your linear thinking. The linear thinking is, “If I’m good, things should go well. If I’m bad, things should go badly.” That’s just not the way things work.
Consider the possibility that maybe the best punishment for a bad person is success. Also, maybe the only way for a person to be equipped and fitted for greatness and usefulness in life is through some kind of suffering and disaster. – @timkellernyc
