I will put the link in replies. The feeling that El-Sayed has crashed through the political ice is hard to miss, and his angry interruptions and deceptive diversions in last night’s interview with @BretBaier cemented that feeling. It doesn’t mean a win for @MikeRogersForMI is guaranteed but it justifies spending decisions by @NRSC aimed at turnout across the state.

The widespread unease about El-Sayed is not because of his faith but because of his extreme views on everything from “Medicare for All” to open borders and his impossible-to-miss patterns of deception and evasions, his inevitable use of the “question-back instead of an answer,” and the endless attempt to claim persecution. Rhodes Scholars are not victims. Radicals are not victims. They are just generally unelectable in state wide races especially when traditional Democratic constituencies appear to be saying “No thanks.”
