PUBLIC ADVISORY

In view of reports of a proposed march to Parliament by CJP on 20.07.2026 (Monday), Delhi Police hereby categorically clarifies that no permission has been sought or granted for any such protest march/procession.

Prohibitory order under Section 163 BNSS (erstwhile section 144 CrPC) is in force in the New Delhi District. *Accordingly, protest marches, processions, demonstrations and assemblies of five or more persons are strictly prohibited*, except at the designated protest site at Jantar Mantar, with prior permission.

As Parliament session is commencing from 20 July, strict security arrangements are in place to ensure public safety, security of protectees, and the protection of vital government installations.

Any person violating these prohibitory orders shall be liable for prosecution under Section 223 BNS and other applicable provisions of law.

Delhi Police appeals to all citizens to respect the law, refrain from participating in any unauthorised gathering or march, and cooperate in maintaining public peace, safety and security.

Meet this brave lady

- Her son scored 650 marks in his first NEET exam
- After the NEET exam was cancelled, the child fell into depression
- She has been at the protest for the last two days
- She gave an interview saying that there was no discussion about NEET students here
- This morning, she heard a woman saying "Bharat hamari maa hai, to Bharat ka baap kaun hai?"
- Hearing this triggered her and she went to Sonam Wangchuk to tell him that he is with the wrong people
- Sonam told her to speak to Abhijeet
- But Abhijeet Dipke was nowhere to be found
- Later, they found out that he was staying in a 5 star hotel
- This is what triggered both her and Sonam Wangchuk
- She then threw ink at him, saying "You cheated us. You were giving us false hopes"
- His supporters surrounded her shouting "Maro, maro"

I hope she remains safe. She is literally fighting with everyone for her child 🥲🙏
